Do you have cash on delivery?
We do offer cash on delivery, but there is an additional charge of Rs50 for this service.
To where do you ship?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Sri Lanka. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our international customers, but we are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. If you have any questions about our shipping policies or if you are unsure if we can ship to your location, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for more information.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges for damaged products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the product has been used or is not in its original condition.
